WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) – Norfolk Southern has gone to federal court in a legal battle with the city of Wilmington over stormwater utility fees. The city claims the Norfolk, Va.-based railroad company owes almost half a million dollars for unpaid stormwater assessment charges, penalties and interest.

My migraines and sinus issues i had…GONE! I smoked over 28 yrs and have not had to touch a real cigarette since I got my ecig!
